Hi, I’m Sarah Maxwell (she/her) and I am a social worker with over 16 years’ experience of working in the disability sector. I value difference and believe in providing a nuerodiversity affirming approach. I acknowledge that I have much to learn and so I will take the lead from you and your family members, who I recognise as experts in your world.

I live, work & play on Bundjalung country.
I respectfully acknowledge the Bundjalung People as the Traditional Owners of the land on which I live and work, and pay respect to the First Nations Peoples and their elders, past, present and future. I recognise that sovereignty was never ceded and injustice continues to this day, and commit to walking and working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in a spirit of harmony.
