Identity First will motivate and inspire teams working in challenging environments. Our social worker has experience working in high pressure, crisis driven services and knows firsthand that good quality, clinical supervision can prevent vicarious trauma and promote a healthier workforce. This service will allow staff to recognise their values and share their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that is supportive and constructive. The sessions aim to increase staff awareness and resilience so they can adapt to the demands of the job and flourish professionally. It may also involve information for leadership on recognising and responding to vicarious trauma and developing wellbeing practices that adopt a bottom up and not a top down approach.
